§ 33.34 EMPLOYEE EVALUATION.
   The performance of all city employees is evaluated according to the following policy. Probationary evaluation shall be conducted by the employee’s immediate supervisor or department head at the conclusion of the employee’s probationary period, and, pursuant to the provisions set forth in § 33.21, the employee shall be retained or discharged.
