§ 33.23 PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.
   Part-time employees are hereby defined as employees who are scheduled to perform between 20 and 39 hours per week. These employees receive vacation pay, sick day pay, and holiday pay. In order to receive vacation pay, sick day pay, or holiday pay, the vacation day, sick day, or holiday must occur on a scheduled work day and the pay shall be in an amount equal to the pay that the employee would have received for the hours the employee was scheduled to work on that day. Health, dental, and life insurance are available to those employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week, and PERF is available to those employees who work a minimum of 1,000 hours per year.
