City employees have the responsibility of doing the following.
(A) Reporting to work on time.
(B) Performing his duties in a manner which contributes to the efficiency of public operations and the improvement of service to the public.
(C) Employees shall promptly perform all orders issued by his Department head or supervisor.
(D) Consulting with his department head for his approval when outside employment is contemplated.
