§ 33.02 POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL POLICIES.
   Due to the nature of the Police and Fire Departments of the city, and whereas specific state statutes apply to these Departments, the following policies shall apply to the Police and Fire Departments.
   (A)   The Police and Fire Departments of the city shall prepare a personnel policy to be consistent with existing state statutes, and present the policy to the Board of Public Works and Safety for adoption.
   (B)   Upon adoption of the policy by the Board of Public Works and Safety, the policy shall be made a part of this chapter.
