§ 33.01 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

This chapter shall apply to all employees of the city no matter in what department of the city or under what city board the employee may be working, unless superceded by a state or federal law, if found to be in conflict therewith, or as otherwise indicated in this chapter.
