§ 30.40 PENSION BOARDS OF TRUSTEES.

(A) There shall be a Police Pension Board of Trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by I.C. 36-8-6 and 36-8-8 concerning the statutory pensions of city police officers.

(B) There shall be a Fire Fighters Pension Board of Trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by I.C. 36-8-7 and 36-8-8 concerning the statutory pensions of city fire fighters.
