(A) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to complete all forms and applications necessary to cause the State Auditor to distribute funds to the city’s designated depository by use of electronic funds transfer.
(B) The funds from which the electronic funds transfers may be made to the city are the following:
(1) Motor Vehicle Highway.
(2) Local Road and Street.
(3) Local Road and Street P1260-1997.
(4) Motor Vehicle Highway Accelerated #1.
(5) Motor Vehicle Highway Accelerated #2.
(5) ABC Gallonage.
(6) Cigarette Tax - General Fund.
(7) Cigarette Tax - CCIF.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is required to maintain adequate documentation of all transactions involving the use of electronic funds transfer so that the same may be audited as provided by law.
