§ 30.31 ADMINISTRATION OF CITY’S UTILITIES.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall furnish space within his or her office for the administration and records of the city’s utilities. The Clerk-Treasurer and the First Deputy Clerk- Treasurer shall be compensated for services he or she renders to the city’s utilities.
