§ 30.12 OTHER DEPARTMENTS.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Department of Law pursuant to I.C. 36-4-9-12.
   (B)   There is hereby established a Department of Parks and Recreation to be controlled by the Board of Parks and Recreation pursuant to I.C. 36-10.
   (C)   There is hereby established a Department of Planning and Development under I.C. 36-7.
