§ 30.01 GENERAL ORGANIZATION.
   The government of the city shall consist of four branches, those being:
   (A)   Executive Branch.

   (B)   Legislative Branch.

   (C)   Fiscal Branch.
(I.C. 36-4-10)
   (D)   Statutory Boards and Commissions.
