§ 10.13 SEVERABILITY.
   Each chapter, section, or, whenever divisible, part of a section of this code is hereby declared to be separable, and the invalidity of any chapter, section, or divisible part of a section, shall not be construed to affect the validity of any other chapter, section, or part of a section of this code.
