§ 100.02 OPERATING TIMES FOR CITY PARKS.
   All Bedford City Parks shall be open to the public from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. each day. No person shall be allowed in a City Park at any other times without the prior written approval of the Park Director. Any person who violates this provision shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 100.99.
