The following non-storm water discharges shall be permissible, if they do not result in a violation of State of Indiana water quality standards:
(A) Water supply line flushing or other potable water sources;
(B) Landscape irrigation or lawn watering;
(C) Diverted stream flows;
(D) Rising ground water;
(E) Uncontaminated ground water infiltration to storm drains;
(F) Uncontaminated pumped ground water;
(G) Discharges from potable water sources;
(H) Foundation or footing drains and sump pumps;
(I) Air conditioning condensate;
(J) Natural springs;
(K) Individual residential car washing;
(L) Dechlorinated swimming pool water (less than one part per million);
(M) Natural riparian habitat or wetland flows;
(N) Street wash water;
(O) Discharges or flows from emergency fire fighting activities;
(P) Discharges for which a specific federal or state permit has been issued;
(Q) Other water source not containing pollutants; and
(R) Dye testing is an allowable discharge, but requires a verbal notification to the authorized enforcement agency prior to the time of the test.
