§ 157.021 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   No certificate of occupancy or usage for any phase or for the entire development as appropriate shall be issued until storm water runoff facilities have been completed for the phase or development in accordance with the approved construction plan and met the requirements of § 157.024.
