§ 157.006 DEVELOPMENT OF ADDITIONAL STORM WATER CONTROL DOCUMENTS.
The city may develop additional policy, criteria and information including specifications and standards, for the proper implementation of the requirements of this chapter as determined necessary by the city. Such information may take the form of a storm water design manual. This manual may include a list of acceptable storm water treatment practices and BMP's, including the specific design criteria and operation and maintenance requirements for each storm water practice and/or BMP. The manual may be updated and expanded from time to time, at the discretion of the city, based on improvements in engineering, science, monitoring and local maintenance experience. Storm water treatment practices that are designed and constructed in accordance with these design and sizing criteria will be presumed to be acceptable to the city for control of storm water.
