The subject structure and district, exterior features, architectural and historic character thereof shall be preserved as significant resource(s) of Bedford according to guidelines set forth above. The properties referred to in Ordinance No. 13-2000 are identified and designated as part of the Bedford Courthouse Square Historic District.
