§ 150.28 CITY BUILDING COMMISSIONER.
   The City Building Commissioner, as chief administrative officer of the Department of Planning, shall be authorized to administer and to proceed under the provisions of this subchapter in ordering the repair or removal of any buildings found to be unsafe as specified herein or as specified hereafter.
