(A) The solicitation of funds by pedestrians from motorists; the sale of goods and services by pedestrians to motorists; the performance of unrequested services by pedestrians for motorists; and, the distribution of written materials of any type or nature by pedestrians to motorists on any public street, alley or roadway located within the corporate limits of the City of Bedford, are prohibited.
(B) This section further prohibits pedestrians from performing the activities prohibited by division (A) while standing in, or on public areas contiguous to public streets, alleys or roadways located within the corporate limits of the City of Bedford.
