(A) The discharge of firearms and the shooting of arrows by bow in the city parks by any person or entity without the prior written authorization of the Park and Recreation Board is hereby prohibited.
(B) This section does not apply to law enforcement officers acting within the scope of their employment.
(C) A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000.
(D) Each day of any such prohibited act shall be deemed a separate violation.
