§ 131.04 BICYCLES PROHIBITED IN SKATE PARK WITHIN THORNTON PARK.
   (A)   No bicycle shall be allowed within the skate park located at Thornton Park.
   (B)   Any bicycle that is either found inside the skate park or that is observed as being inside the skate park shall be impounded by the city police and held for a period of 30 days.
   (C)   Upon the expiration of the 30-day impoundment period, the Police Department shall release the impounded bicycle to the owner upon the proper identification of the bicycle by its owner.
