§ 130.02 REWARD FOR INFORMATION CONCERNING SAFETY DEVICES.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to pay upon an ordinance duly passed by the Common Council, a reward in the sum of $10 to any person furnishing information or evidence which leads to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons guilty of damaging, injuring, or theft of any red lantern, torch, or other sign or signal of the city which is placed at any point or location to indicate danger, to show that a dangerous condition exists, or to warn the public of a dangerous condition, and for the theft, damage to, or removal of any sign or signal directing traffic in the city.
