§ 130.01 DEFACING PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall ride or drive over, across, or upon any park or park property of the city, or any grass plat or tree plat in the streets of the city; or lounge, sit, lie, stand, or congregate upon the grass plat of the park on the west side of the public square of the city, known as Lawrence Park.
   (B)   No person shall ride or drive any animal or vehicle against or upon any lamp post in the city; or scratch, chip, break, mutilate, or otherwise damage or deface any of the light posts; or post any bill, poster, advertisement, notice, or placard upon or against any of the lamp posts; or stain, paint, write upon, or otherwise disfigure any of the lamp posts.

   (C)   No person shall make, paint, post, or in any way affix to or upon any curbstone, flagging, cross walk, pavement, guardstone, monument, fountain, step, fire plug, lamp post, or to or upon any telegraph, telephone, fire alarm, electric light, or power pole within the city, any sign, bill, notice, announcement, or other advertising medium. This division shall not apply to any notice or announcement required to be made or given by any officer under any law of the state or ordinance of the city.

   (D)   No person shall willfully, mischievously, or maliciously disfigure, deface, or in any manner mutilate, or sit or lean upon any monument or part thereof erected to the memory of soldiers and pioneers of the county, in the city.
