§ 112.14 ISSUANCE AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE PLATES.

The Bedford Police Department shall issue to the applicant separately numbered license plates for each vehicle covered by the application. Each license plate shall be securely attached to and displayed on the exterior front of the vehicle for which it was issued at the point customarily used for displaying license plates.
