(A) No person shall peddle or solicit on Sunday, nor before the hour of 8:00 a.m. or after the hour of 6:00 p.m. of any day, except in response to the prior request or invitation to do so made by the person to whom the peddler or solicitor is peddling or soliciting.

(B) No person shall peddle or solicit in or from any vehicle while parked or stopped in any metered parking area, unloading zone, or other area where parking is prohibited, or on any sidewalk adjacent thereto, in the city.
