(A) Every solicitor or peddler at all times while engaged in peddling or soliciting shall wear and display the license issued to him under the provisions of § 111.11.

(B) Every solicitor or peddler licensed under this chapter shall have his photograph attached to his license and shall have his license in his immediate possession at all times. When peddling or soliciting he shall display the license upon demand by any police officer of the city and upon demand of any person to whom he is peddling or soliciting.
