§ 110.04 ROLLER SKATING RINKS.
   (A)   No person shall operate a roller skating rink within the city, unless that person has first obtained a license therefor from the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue the license required by division (A) to any person making application therefor, who is otherwise legally entitled to operate a roller skating rink within the city, for a term of one year from the date of issuance thereof, upon payment by that person, firm, or corporation of a license fee of $50.
   (C)   No person engaged in the operation of a roller skating rink within the city shall permit the roller skating rink to be open for business or to be used for roller skating between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. official city time. However, no skating rink shall be opened for business on Sunday earlier than 1:00 p.m.
