(A) For the purpose of this section the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
POOL ROOM. A room or rooms where pool or billiard tables are kept for use of the public in return for a valuable consideration.
(B) All pool rooms in the city shall be closed and the entrances thereto locked between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., official city time, of the following day. On Sundays the pool rooms shall remain so closed and locked until 12:00 noon. On Saturdays the pool rooms may remain open through to 1:00 a.m. Sunday.
