(A) No person shall conduct a circus or menagerie, dog or pony show, horse show, tent show, or other traveling entertainment within the city unless the person has obtained a license to do so from the Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) The fee for the license required in division (A) above shall be $50 per day for a circus or menagerie, and $250 for the first day and $l50 for each succeeding day for other activities described in division (A).
