§ 97.02 REMOVAL OF SNOW.
   No person, having the control, management, possession, or ownership of any lot, tract, or parcel of ground within the city, along and adjoining which any sidewalk extends, shall permit or allow any snow to be and remain on the sidewalk so extending along and abutting the lot, tract, or parcel of land in the city, longer than a period of six hours during the daytime, after the snow has fallen. This requirement shall apply to any public sidewalk, regardless of whether the sidewalk is located on the lot, tract, or parcel of ground or on the city’s right-of-way adjoining said lot, tract, or parcel of ground.
