(A) After a hearing the Commissioner of Buildings shall sustain, modify, or withdraw the violations notice according to his findings as to the merits of the matter and as to whether the provisions of this chapter have been complied with. If the Commissioner of Buildings sustains or modifies this notice, it shall be deemed to be an order.
(B) Any notice served pursuant to § 95.03 shall automatically become an order if no written petition for a hearing thereon is filed by any person affected thereby within the ten-day time limit. After a hearing in the case of any notice suspending any permit required by this chapter, when the notice has been sustained by the Commissioner of Buildings, the permit shall be deemed to have been revoked.
