§ 95.60 REQUEST FOR HEARING.
   Any person affected by any notice issued in connection with the enforcement of any provision of this chapter may request and shall be granted a hearing on the matter before the Commissioner of Buildings. The person shall file in the office of the Commissioner of Buildings a written petition requesting a hearing and setting forth the grounds therefor within ten days after the date the notice was served. Upon receipt of this petition, the Commissioner of Buildings shall set a time and place for the hearing and shall give the petitioner prior written notice of the time and place of the hearing. At the hearing the petitioner shall have the right to be heard and to show cause why, if any, the notice should be modified or withdrawn.
