The following charges are fixed and established for burial lots and grave service in Beech Grove Cemetery. These charges shall be charged and collected by the Board of Public Works and Safety, effective as of January 12, 1970.
(A) For cemetery lots, $100 per single space consisting of one grave.
(B) The funeral home, mortuary, or other person in charge of arranging a burial shall continue to be solely responsible for paying for the opening and closing the grave. The funeral home, mortuary, or other person shall promptly pay or cause to be paid such expense.
