§ 92.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF ADDITIONAL CEMETERIES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall establish a cemetery for burying human dead within the city, or within one mile of the corporation line of the city, and no human body shall be buried within these limits. This section shall not apply to cemeteries already established within or without the corporate limits of the city, wherein human dead are now buried.
