§ 92.01 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY TO PLAT ADDITIONAL LOTS.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety is hereby authorized to lay off and plat additional burial lots in Beech Grove Cemetery in the area not heretofore platted, which has been made suitable for burial by the filling in of low ground.
