§ 91.32 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL ANIMAL ESTABLISHMENT OR ANIMAL SHELTER.

No person, partnership, or corporation shall operate a commercial animal establishment or animal shelter without first obtaining a permit in compliance with the provisions of applicable laws of the state (I.C. 15-5) and ordinances of the city.
