§ 91.30 ANIMAL CONTROL COMMISSION.
   The city Animal Control Commission shall consist of five members (four voting members and one nonvoting, advisory member). The four voting members shall consist of the Mayor, the Chief of Police, the Chief of the Fire Department, and one of the members of the Common Council to be elected by the City Council. The nonvoting advisory member shall be appointed by the Lawrence County Humane Society Board of Directors.
