§ 91.22 EXOTIC ANIMALS PROHIBITED; VARIANCE.

(A) No person shall shelter, keep, or possess; keep, shelter, or possess with intent to sell; sell; or offer for sale within the city any exotic animal.

(B) Any person owning an exotic animal prior to the enactment of this section shall apply to the Animal Control Commission within four weeks after enactment of this section for a variance to the provisions of this section.
