153.02 SPECIFIED AMOUNT.

The term “specified amount” as used in this chapter is an amount consistent with the amount established by the laws of the State of Ohio for public bidding requirements for public contracts or purchases unless Council by separate ordinance adopts a more restrictive limitation.
