145.04 APPLICATIONS; FEE.

   (a)   All applications shall be filed with the Planning Commission at least seven days prior to its meetings with the exception of applications for antenna structures which shall be filed with the Planning Commission at least fourteen days prior to its meetings in order to provide the required notice in accordance with Section 1189.02(j) of the Planning and Zoning Code and Preliminary Subdivision Plats which shall be filed with the Planning Commission at least twenty days prior to the meeting in accordance with Section 1103.02 of the Planning and Zoning Code.

   (b)   Each applicant shall accompany each application with a check made payable to the City of Bedford Heights or a cash payment in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to cover administrative costs for processing the application.
