139.08 BACK-UP BUILDING CODE INSPECTOR.

There is hereby established the position of Back-up Building Code Inspector within the Division of Building, Engineering and Inspection, to be appointed by the Mayor and to receive compensation of $25.00 per inspection. The Back-up Building Code Inspector shall provide inspections only at times for which the Building Code Inspectors are unavailable.
