139.07 LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.

There shall be employed by the City a duly licensed Landscape Architect to furnish professional advice with respect to proposals for projects to be built within the City, to provide necessary guidance for legislation with respect to landscape proposals within the City and attend such meetings of the Planning Commission or Architectural Board of Review as requested.
