139.06 ADDITIONAL BUILDING FEES.

   (a)   The Building Commissioner is hereby authorized and directed, commencing July 5, 1993, to collect and remit on behalf of the Board of Building Standards an assessment equal to three percent (3%) of the prescribed building permit fees as required by Senate Bill 359 and Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2-1-50.

   (b)   The Building Commissioner is hereby authorized and directed, commencing May 27, 2007, to collect and remit on behalf of the Board of Building Standards an assessment equal to three percent (3%) of the prescribed building permit fees for nonresidential buildings and one percent (1%) of the prescribed building permit fees for residential buildings as required by House Bill 175 and Section 3781.102(F) of the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code 4101:8-1-03 103.2.4.2.
