137.08 EXTENSION OF SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT TO OTHER MUNICIPALITIES.

The Fire Chief is hereby authorized to extend the service of the Division of Fire, or the use of its fire apparatus, to any other municipal subdivision whenever, in his judgment and opinion, a sufficient emergency exists justifying the need for such services or apparatus and the protection of the citizens and property of this City will not be unduly jeopardized thereby.
