137.02 COMPENSATION AND BONDS.

(a) Members of the Division of Fire shall receive such compensation as Council shall designate and shall post bonds for the faithful performance as may be required by ordinance or resolution of Council.

(b) All members certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (E.M.T.) shall be paid three hundred dollars ($300.00) on April 15 of each year.

(c) Except as indicated herein, employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, including the Fire Chief and the Assistant Fire Chief, shall receive such benefits as indicated under Chapter 157, Employees Generally.
