135.28 ASSISTANT POLICE CHIEF SHALL SERVE AS CORRECTIONS ADMINISTRATOR.

(b) The Assistant Chief shall have or acquire within one (1) year of the date of appointment and maintain the following qualifications as a condition of employment.

State of Ohio Corrections Officer certification.
