135.27 CONTRACTS AUTHORIZED BY COUNCIL.

Should any of the employees of the Division of Police enter into an Agreement authorized by Council concerning economic conditions and benefits, the terms of the Agreement shall control the economic conditions and benefits of such employees and any conflicting provision of this chapter shall be subject to the terms of the Agreement for the covered employees.
