135.20 COPIES OF POLICE REPORTS; FEE.

(a) The Division of Police is authorized to furnish photographic prints and photostatic copies of pertinent reports and statements, upon request by parties in interest or their legal representative in accordance with the City’s Public Records Policy found in Section 152.04 herein; provided, however, that such prints or photostatic copies are not, in the opinion of the Chief of Police, of a confidential nature and proposed to be needed in the prosecution of a misdemeanor or felony case.

(b) Established costs/ fees under this policy shall be clearly posted and visible to the public.
