135.17 TRAINING PROGRAM.

(a) The Police Prosecutor for the City is hereby authorized to establish a police training program within the Police Division and to institute as a part of such program a review of court decisions affecting the day-to-day operation of the Division, a review of basic police procedures and methods as currently required due to court decisions affecting such procedures, and such other and various training as may be required to improve the efficiency and operation of the Division.

(b) The training program shall be continuing but shall not exceed six hours in any one month.
