135.13 SCHOOL GUARDS.

The Mayor may from time to time, as he or she deems necessary, appoint not more than five persons to serve as school guards and two additional persons to serve as an alternate school guard within the Municipality. The school guards shall receive such compensation as Council may from time to time provide. The position of school guard shall be considered as a part-time seasonal position.
