135.05 COMPENSATION FOR USE OF PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE FOR CITY SERVICE.

Any member of the Division of Police required to use his personal automobile at the direction of the Mayor/Director of Public Safety or the Chief of Police on municipal police duty shall be reimbursed at the rate and under the conditions set forth in Section 157.15 upon certification of the Chief of Police and approval by the Mayor/Director of Public Safety.
